This is a 4 week program where I aim to inspire your body to eat in new ways and approach food in a beautiful healthier relationship. I like to call it a “holistic-reset” because we approach the various layers of ourselves:
physical layer – through food
energetic layer- through breathing techniques
mental layer – through mindfulness and visualisation
intellectual layer – inspirational reading.
causal layer – rest/sleep/pray
