Ana is a holistic health coach and certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher, with a background in marketing and communication.

She aspires to continue to share her learning with everyone who has a passion for living a wildly healthy life. Ana’s intention as a teacher and coach is to help bring your body, mind and emotions in to optimum health, so you can experience the freedom of being truly you.

Ana’s nutritional approach is based on the principles of holistic nutrition. She studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York and she is finishing her Pure Cook´s Training with Anna Freedman in London. Her aim is to design programmes according to the particular health needs of the individual person.

Ana’s Yoga classes are flowing, creative, infused with a diverse selection of music and with an emphasis on a particular theme from the traditional Yoga teachings – all with the aim of perfecting the physical and emotional alignment of the practitioner. She is a Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher and has studied extensively with her mentor and Senior Jivamukti teacher Yogeswari and has enriched her understanding of alignment with her Anusara teacher Benita Galvan. Plus, she has been blessed and honoured to keep learning from top teachers amongst the globe.

She is deeply grateful to Sharon Gannon and David Life inspiring her daily as she continues to expand her teachings and the understanding of conscious living.

In addition to teaching, Ana co-authored a children’s yoga book, and served as consultant for the TV show that it inspired.
