This woman.If you have the fortune to meet her... she blows your mind with such ease and allure. You will find her in her Cafe at Brixton or Peckham preparing the most delicious coffees, brunches, salads, cakes... but really she greets you with her sparkling eyes and big smile. Seduces each guest with delicious flavours and funky-retro space.

I met her years back before even moving to London... and has been my to-go girl. Tips from where to have your manicure, to where to buy your food, to the most gracious advice when you are torn apart... or when you need a good laugh. She will be there for you, unconditionally.

Here, her interview... tough job to make her speak.. a bit shy?, maybe.

1. Tell us 3 things about you... i have 2 cafes, 1 child and 1 husband.

2. What is the best advice you have ever been given?... you can't hate your parents because you are the same as them.

3. What is your favourite song?... currently, The Roaches. Hammond Song.

4. Can you tell us a beautiful story about your life? i honestly can't! i'm too English! :-)

5. Share with us one of your favourite recipes i'm currently using our pressure cooker a lot: lamb cooked with new potatoes and peas. it's super simple and warming and perfect for winter.

6. Share with us one of your favourite books and why?... i haven't read a book for ages! i need to sit down for long enough to do it but i've been too mad busy for the last year or so.
