Detox Sunny Yogi

Yogi Mush 4 celery stalks 4-5 medium zucchinis 1 bunch parsley 1 sprig mint 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Steam all together until soft (layer the celery on bottom, then zucchini, then parsley and mint). Next, blend together; I like to add the water that they have steamed in. Then add pepper.

Serve with some cottage cheese on top (or Parmesan, or nothing!) I squirt Bragg's Liquid Aminos on top. Enjoy!!
