Gratitude Mindset

I would even add to this quote: "wear gratitude as your crown, and let it guide every corner of your life..."

Learning the art of being grateful allows us to feel more true to our hearts in the present instant, which then connects us to a deeper, more rewarding life, and it actually has us to trust, to share goodness, and to live with less apologies, and way less fearful and resistant.

Gratitude will open our brain to new possibilities, to a new connection in our neurotransmitters if we make it an habit. We might even bridge thoughts that seem opposite or contrasting so that we empower our new mindset...

Lets say we can´t believe our reasons to be grateful, which sometimes it is actually the case, as we get caught up in our pain-bodies... So for example if we find it difficult to like our jobs, and therefore, be grateful to it, the idea of "i hate my job" is in contradiction to "im grateful for my job".. SO, the work happens when we are able to notice these contradiction in places where gratitude doesn´t show up as evident and we find a ladder-thought that will bridge the contradiction as follows: a bridge thought could be: "i have a job".

Now we have bridged the thought here and the vibration of misery from "i hate my job" to the impossibility of feeling grateful to say "i love my job" is neutralised by the thought of "i have a job".

Now, "i have a job", takes us eventually to a grateful place, where new doors might open. We sign up to a place where we allow our feelings to be acknowledged, and therefore, a breakthrough to create a gratitude mindset in an area of life that was blocked. As soon as we are able to be grateful for having a job, we open the doors for a transformation of our reality.

It is this exercise that allows us to take action and come to clarity even if we have negative emotions. We are able to transcend our mind-blockages.
