Recipe for anger and all the rest

So you are in your life, with your steady luminous practice and your perfect time to connect with your Highest... of course you are feeling really great, basically invincible. All flows. Then suddenly, you are up against something that makes you feel anger coming along with all her band of friends (resentment, nonsense, sadness, rage, frustration you name them) creating chaos and even a sense of nausea, disappointment and a toxic residue in your body. Now you are feeling pretty awful.

What do you do?

Try this recipe and see how it works out for you:

First, have the awareness to see anger and friends. See them all, coming out to play in your so sacred garden... Second, come back to your breath. Create space with your conscious breathing. Third, touch your heart with your palm and feel it pulsating, make a hand-heart connection. Then, bring yourself back into the compassion to feel it all. Rebalance, neutralise, feel everything. Have a glass of filtered fresh water. Walk away. Have a cry.

Change your gears, shift them now. Being ok with what is happening. No resistance. This is just an empty dance of perceptions. You don't need to justify yourself, or even find ways to fix the situation.

As yo take a step back to see, to hear, to feel, to witness, to sit with yourself, to pray. A shift in perception occurs naturally, organically.

How compassionate can you be with all parties involved? Find a new way.

There is always a way. Listen to yourself. Deeply listen. In this silence, Spirit awaits. Let it fill the space.

Call Spirit with your deepest heart´s longing. Come, shower me with your Light. Lead me to your Truth. Love and acknowledge all of us involved.

Fill this space with Radiance, Grace and Presence. This is alchemy. This is Soul flowing into your being. From reaction to emptiness, From emptiness to full presence.
