Cut 2 small onions and gently fry them, then add 6 artichoke hearts, 2 small leeks.Let it soften it for a while. Then add a pint of water and salt, 2 cups of vegetable stock and 4 tablespoons of cooked barley. Put everything in a blender and ready! Sprinkle some seeds of your choice and a touch of himalayan sea salt, before serving. yummy.
