Nourish your Life
As a I walk through this day, and feel deeply grateful for the many beautiful Teachers, Guides and Teachings I am so blessed to find along my path. I honour the teachings, the struggles, the medicine of love and the experience of living. Lately I have been deeply inspired by Carrie Anne Moss, a yogi, a mother, a beautiful woman who speaks to my heart and reminds me to dwell in possibility, to embrace abundance of my Spirit. What a teacher you are, thank you so much. She reminded me to speak kindly to myself. Nourish myself. Take care of myself.
Can you take a bath? Can you sit at the table with tea and a journal to quiet the voice that wants you to be busy and active? As you apply lotion to your body, can you love your body and give it blessings? Can you place your hand on your heart and bring love into this space? This body—this life—is an absolute gift. Let us not take for granted the magic of living here on earth.
“Your problem is how you are going to spend this one and precious life you have been issued. Whether you're going to spend it trying to look good and creating the illusion that you have power over circumstances, or whether you are going to taste it, enjoy it and find out the truth about who you are.” —Anne Lamott
