Honouring your feet
Take some time to care for your feet prior going to bed. You will see the difference. I feel like a queen when I do it.
So here it goes: Before bed, have a warm shower or put your feet in warm water with some drops of your favourite essential oil ( I like lavender oil, Geranium or Rose). Rest your feet there for a few moments. Then dry them with towel and oil them with sesame, almond or coconut oil. Massage them a little bit and spread the sensation of wellness as you feel your feet relaxing and your heart calming down.
Go to sleep and notice how you feel the next day.
