Questions to ask yourself
1. What do I no longer want to do? What no longer feels right?Try to see what you can let go of..
2. What needs to be cleaned up? Literally, and figuratively?
Sausha (YS:2.35) cleanliness according to the yogic tradition, teaches us how the awareness of opening our spaces (physical, emotional, energetically) into a brighter state where light can come and shine is key for the attainment of our goals. So, where in your life, there is a need to clean, declutter, reformat (car, wardrobe, kitchen, thoughts, environment or people around you). Its time for cleaning mindset!. Make your world a clear space, sanctuary for light.
3. What do I crave that I don’t have? Even if it is the simplest of things. It is amazing what comes up. Make a list as if you were just wondering with your intimate self, what is it that you are craving really.
4. What 5 things can you do daily to expand your joy and gratitude.
Research shows that focusing on what is working and expressing gratitude about it creates a sense of well-being which powerfully impacts health, work and relationships. Write five things you can do daily to be in the gratitude/joy zone: set positive intentions; be mindful and notice good things; say it out loud to someone else or to yourself; smile; and, thank people or tell somebody how good they look or the nice shoes they wear compliments are always nice way to uplift others. Recognition of little treasures around. What will you come up with?
5. How can I nurture myself better?
Sleep. Practice yoga. Silence. Free Writing. Green Shakes. Stretch physically and mentally. Learn daily something new. Hug my kids. Drink my herbal teas and organic coffee. Create Playlists. Go for a manicure. Find your own ways to nourish your soul.
6. What books need writing? Sometimes this question brings about topics that you could write about, draw about, inspire others through your craft... there is always something we feel we can do to inspire others... i would love to write a book about Fierce Grace. How we as women need much more of this amazing courage to go through life with grace but fierceful spirit... what would you like to write about to inspire others? Maybe you will one day, someday, why not.
