Sabor a mi, Monsieur Periné

This song, "Sabor a Mi" by Monsieur Periné has the touch of Bogota my city.It gives me a touch of old memories from my parent´s boleros at home. Has this subtle way of expressing what i feel as I witness who I am becoming each year. How layers shed off, but there is still this flavour of my essence always. Sabor a mi (My flavour). As we evolve, as we learn, as we mature, this essence remains, our flavour. A Colombian music band that I had always liked, and would like to share in December as this year ends while Im not living in my homeland. I find their music proposal is innovative with a fusion of genres such as jazz, pop and swing. But they keep their colombian flavour. The essence of our roots will always sing, will always shine through. Enjoy!
