Diosa Scrub
This is a simple self-care recipe that you can in many ways to make it your own... a beautiful goddess scrub (diosa, goddess) that will make you feel the lush and relish in your own skin. Find a clean jar and fill it (almost, not all the way) with dark brown sugar (I prefer 'moscovado' if you live in Europe or 'panela' for those in south america). Add 1 spoonful of himalayan salt or a really good seasalt. Pour oil over the sugar until it is saturated. Grapeseed oil is a good one to use, or olive oil if you don’t mind the smell. Or even some beautiful apricot kernel oil if you want to go a bit more fancy. If you have some essential oils, a few drops will work wonders. I love the smell of a couple of drops of lavender, jasmine, sage and rose. W o W. And then, a couple teaspoons of coffee grounds to make it smell amazing and it adds an extra revitalising element for the skin. If you want to add in dried herbs or flowers, camomile dried flowers or geranium or even dried rose petals. Will make your scrub a treasure gem. Now, take it in the shower and lavish yourself with this new treat.
