Paloma´s Power Balls

I have this beautiful amazing london friend. Her name is Paloma. She introduced me to so many things of the heart, she is one of those angels I have found in this hectic city. Her recipes are one of the most lovely things I enjoy. This is the recipe of her Power Balls. Enjoy! Power Balls 2 cups walnuts or other nut/seed if choice 1 cup shredded coconut 2 cups raisins or dates or goji berries 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vainilla extract

(This makes about 2 dozen) Put everything in the food proccessor, then make balls. Place the balls for about 1 hour in the freezzer so they get a bit harder and yummier..... et voila!
