This shake is perfect for this cold season... and so easy to make and fuel your energy in a great sustainable way. ingredients: 1.5 cups coconut water (add more if you want a thinner consistency) 1 tsp spirulina 1 tbs coconut oil 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds 1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 tsp raw grated ginger 1 tsp raw grated Turmeric (optional) 3/4 cup of shredded raw pumpkin 3 dates 1/2 frozen banana 1/2 tsp cinammon 1 frozen pear

Power blend at full speed until creamy. Enjoy!
