Turmeric Tahini Dressing

A beautiful recipe to give life to your quinoa, millet, rice or salad. This dressing is used in the Jivamuktea Café (www.jivamukteacafe.com), as the dressing for the Spirulina Millet. Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos or tamari
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (or 1 teaspoon fresh, grated ginger)
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2/3 - 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor till smooth. Start with 2/3cup of water and add more as needed (dressing will thicken in the fridge). Makes 1 1/2 cups.
