Ellie Wharton. She is a warriorress who launched herself into the entrepreneurial land of Teas with Positivitea, a tea brand with a full range of beautifully blended flavours aiming for an experience of connection to our inner wellbeing. Yogini as well, I had the chance to meet her in the yoga practice and her big smile and big heart is always there ... her teas offer the same. It feels like sipping warm deliciousness and calming vibes.

I so much admire the passion that is felt behind each tea box. The love to dream, to thrive, to be present, to connect, to enjoy. In each flavour there is the care of crafted hands and souls aiming to connect the product towards health and overall body-mind wellness.

Welcome Ellie with your warm presence and your Positivitea...

1. Tell us Three things about you * I write children’s books, * I have swum for my county (once!) * I’m fond of shaggy-coated dogs.

2. What feels like Love to you? Love is thinking about a shared joke or moment and laughing/smiling to oneself

3. What is your favourite song? At the moment Ed Sheeran’s 'Thinking Out Loud'

4. What are you afraid of? Spiders. Not really! Tornados!

5. Share with us one of your favourite tea recipes... We made Porridge infused with our CREATE blend (Cocoa, Vanilla and Cinnamon with Ginseng) and it was delicious! Simply leave the tea bag almond milk to simmer for 5-10 minutes then take it out and add oats/quinoa/buckwheat flakes or whatever you make your porridge of choice from, sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top and Voila! Cocoa, Vanilla and Cinnamon flavoured porridge with a bit of ginseng for energy, yum!

6. Share with us why tea? and how did Positivitea come to reality? Any yogi knows there is something wonderful about the combination of yoga and tea, they are symbiotic and magical in their own right but even better together. The story behind Positivitea is a long one but in short it came about because I was looking to find a tea to help balance my root chakra after a class based on the very same but in the whole of Whole Foods tea aisle I couldn’t find one. I thought this was ludicrous so I decided to do it myself!

7. The best advice you had been given. The only thing that works in business is persistence. Persistence, persistence, persistence.
