Song of the Soul

As I was diving deeper in the depths of my practice, I had the blessing to spend a long weekend in the outskirts of Buenos Aires Argentina, at the Iyengar Studio of Advanced Iyengar Teacher Teresa Pinilla. A great group of iyengar yogis, I had so many revelations during this weekend (to share as part of another note soon). Inside the yogashala, hanging in a wall, in a little white frame, there it was this prayer. It stayed with me since then, already 15 years ago. 'Song of the Soul'.
