This salad is a beautiful and easy recipe that you can make at anytime, breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner... so yummy you might want to have it all day! Play with the dressing until it suits your taste buds. If you don't have all the ingredients, play with it and use your creative chef to change or add or adapt. The most important part is that your kale receives a very lovely heartfelt massage so that you fill the dish with such loving intention that you and everyone who gets to enjoy it can feel that love too!

What you will need:

* Quinoa * Vegetable Stock *optional * Bunch of Kale * A Pomegranate * Walnut oil * Coconut Oil * Bragg's Amino Acids * Miso * Fresh Lemon * Sea Salt * Sliced Almonds or Walnut chunks * Nutritional Yeast Flakes * Hemp Hearts * Avocado

Step 1 ~ Make some quinoa.

Make more than you'll need for the salad alone. Anything left over can be added to salads or be eaten on the fly. It's a great source of complete plant protein. I like to make my quinoa with either vegetable stock or add turmeric and cumin to the water for flavour. Yet, you can do it however you please.

Once it's cooked, let it cool.

Step 2 ~ Clean & de-stem your Kale. Seed your pomegranate.

Wash it. Use your hands, slide your thumb & index finger along the stem of the kale rather than using a knife. Get close with your food. It is a living organism too. Let it dry out on a towel while you prepare the massage mixture. Seed your pomegranate and set it aside. (for details on how to seed your pomegranate check this video online: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=znJgWpk71ZQ)

Step 3 ~ Massage Mixture:

In a little bowl:

~ Squeeze the juice of half a lemon, remove the seeds ~ Equal parts walnut oil & Coconut oil (about the same amount as the lemon juice) ~ 8 squirts of Bragg's Amino Acids ~ 1 - 2 tsp of Miso ~ a little bit of nutritional yeast ~ a pinch of Sea Salt to help break down the kale fibre

Mix this up really well. Use your clean hands. Taste it to see if you like it or if it needs any adjustments.

Step 4 ~ Massage Technique:

Put all the kale into a big bowl, pour the massage mixture all over it. Use both clean hands and start massaging the tasty mixture into the kale. As you do, break the kale into bite size pieces. Be generous with how long you massage it for, at least three minutes. You want to see the kale starting to change in colour and texture and make sure it's all sooooo well coated.

Step 4 ~ Put it All Together

Wash your hands really well.

And then add to the kale:

* Nuts of your choice *Hemp hearts * Quinoa * Pomegranate Seeds * Nutritional Yeast * Avocado

... even sometimes nice some cranberries or apple chunks... try different options.

Toss and garnish with sesame seeds or parsley.

Bless this beautiful dish and enjoy.
