A great recipe for wellness in our life starts with honouring our bodies, as they are and inviting the beauty of your senses to fill up your body with nourishing love. I will give you an idea of two of my favourite personal mixes, but then you can play with your smells, and you will find the ingredients that resonate with your senses more, you can use them as a body oil in your skin after the shower.

DECADENT Anointing Oil Makes almost 2 oz. which you can pour into a 2 oz. amber glass bottle or divide between a dropper bottle and glass roll-on. 8oz. Sweet Almond Oil 8oz. Argan Oil or Jojoba Oil 8 drops pure lavender EO 8 drops pure jasmine EO 4 drops pure bergamot EO 3 drops pure clary sage EO 5 drops pure sandalwood EO Blend and store in a dark glass bottle away from direct light and heat. Adjust oils to suit your personal preference. Use within 6 months.

LOVE Anointing Oil 8oz. Apricot Kernel Oil 8oz. Argan Oil or Avocado Oil 8 drops of pure lavender EO 8 drops of pure rose EO 4 drops of pure geranium EO 3 drops of pure jasmine EO 2 drops of pure patchouli EO 3 drops of pure sandalwood EO

Blend and store in a dark glass bottle away from direct light and heat. Adjust oils to suit your personal preference. Use within 6 months.

So the full ritual would be: Dry brush skin first with massages going upwards towards your heart, then go for a warm bath with epsom salts and some drops of lavender oil... Play your favourite music. Close your eyes and relax for a while...

After shower, dry body gently with warm towel, and spread ointing oil all over your body. Ready!
