Take what you need
Breath as medicine. Take whatever you need, but take some time for yourself to nourish, to experiment, to reflect and then be able to project yourself with wisdom, not with rush. Take what you need to see yourself, to love what you do, to enjoy what you have, to bask in the goodness of life so you can then face the world anchored in love, not in chaos. Breathe long and deep. Take your breath in a journey to open yourself, to heal yourself, to release what is not serving you and to bring you closer to your inner world. Take what you need and let go of the rest. Be ready to live fully once you have at least breathed fully.
