Green Matcha Smoothie
This is total alchemy, perfect for a morning you want to drink pure bliss in a jar. recipe adapted from Fifteen Restaurant, London
- 1/2 teaspoon of pure organic green matcha tea
- 1 handful of baby spinach
- 1/4 stick celery
- 1/2 cup of almond or oat milk
- 2 sprigs mint
- 1/2 pear
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 spoonful chia seeds
- a few drops of stevia to sweeten (optional)
combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix- delicious!
