Green Matcha Smoothie

This is total alchemy, perfect for a morning you want to drink pure bliss in a jar. recipe adapted from Fifteen Restaurant, London

  • 1/2 teaspoon of pure organic green matcha tea
  • 1 handful of baby spinach
  • 1/4 stick celery
  • 1/2 cup of almond or oat milk
  • 2 sprigs mint
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 spoonful chia seeds
  • a few drops of stevia to sweeten (optional)

combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix- delicious!
