Mind Stuff

Don’t let yourself become a Servant of your mind. There is so much chatter there. Let the garbage out.An immaculate presence awaits, waiting to be embraced when we let that mind-stuff fade away.

I want to love how the river loves.

Today in a cold Monday afternoon, in between a very busy teaching schedule, after not having much rested and very poorly slept. All together, in an energetic pot of a huge full moon, the beautiful song of Wild Eyes from Mariee Sioux in the background while my coffee brings me back to life before I continue with the rest of the day... and to seal the moment, this quote by the gorgeous Hillary Rain. Perfect recipe to weep fire, to remember we can indeed weep fire with our wild loving eyes. I go back to the reminder of holding myself and others in the Highest heart vision. Going back to full presence, passionate remembrance of who I am. I keep reaching towards the fire of living. The wild love, that loves like the river.

A year of Tender Mercies

A beautiful life manifesto from Hilary Rain. Perfectly said as we start 2016. It describes what i feel about this auspicious new year. I wish we may all be held in the hands of the holy, may we be able to press sweet nectar out of every juicy moment so that we can live from the goodness of life, may we embrace the longing as a spiritual practice. Enjoy this manifesto, take it with you, make it yours and a happy new year.

Oh Spirit, guide me

David Life, inspired me deeply with his October´s Jivamukti Focus of the Month (Spiritual Guides). Its been a very particular experience of astonishment and reverence. I found myself bowing to Spirit in so many magical ways. I chose this poem by Rumi, always so healing to me at every moment, his words bring comfort and wellbeing. I keep saying to myself, You are here, surrounding me. Oh Spirit, thank you. Guide me.
