Working on the July´s Focus of the Month for Jivamukti: "Why do we like War?", it´s been a beautiful revelation to see my own process of acknowledgement. Embracing my own war. It takes guts to throw away all the defensive armour the world has demanded you put on. It takes inner connection and deepest presence to lay down your armour. We will always require refining.
